Belladonna is 16.2 h at three years old
and she is not finished growing. Her sire is Dutch Warmblood
Boeskoolboy. He stands 17h and weighs 1700lbs (see his web site at
www.tarriverfarms.com). Her dam Little Sanctuary (TB) had
both Secretariat and Caro in her bloodlines and it shows in her foals. One
of them is Belladonna's FULL brother Carini.
Belledonna is the product of a
professional environment. Throw your twitch away; she stands quietly for
clipping (yes even ears), bathing, tacking up, mounting, foot care,
de-worming, vaccinations and ties like a champ. She is well started under
saddle and her trainer predicts she will make a great mount for an amateur.
